Lamb Shanks
Wash Lamb Shanks and coat with in olive oil flavoured with thyme, salt & pepper. Peel root Vegatables Potatoes,Parsnips,Carrots etc and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Put in plastic bag along with olive oil salt,pepper garlic powder shake until well coated.
Pop it all in preheated oven 220°C practice for about 45 minutes while the meal cooks.
